Sauteed Radishes

Recipe Name: Sauteed Radishes


Recipe Description: Cooked Radishes!! If you haven't tried them, you are missing out. This makes for a delightful side dish and a keto-friendly substitute for fries and potatoes.


Servings: 2
Approximate Time (minutes): 10.00

Ingredients:
1 bunch radish
1 tsp Smoked Onion Powder
Olive, Coconut or Avocado Oil
Preparation:
Cut radishes into quarters (for large radishes, halve them, then cut into quarters)
Heat a pan on the stove with a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
Add radishes and sprinkle with smoked onion powder.
Stir to coat.
Let cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until they start to brown lightly. Stir.
Let cook another 3-4 minutes undisturbed until tender.
